Public URL for A2P / campaign registration: https://dailytrackly.com/privacy (public, no login required). This is the sole privacy policy for the DailyTrackly brand and SMS program.
DailyTrackly ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Service at https://dailytrackly.com and related apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service, including our SMS / text messaging program (Lead Hub and related features), call recording, and AI features.
This section applies to all SMS (text message) programs operated through DailyTrackly.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or messaging consent data. Mobile numbers and consent information are used only to deliver messages for the program you opted into, to operate and secure our Service, and to meet legal and wireless carrier obligations.
We may engage infrastructure vendors (for example Telnyx for calls and message delivery, Stripe for payments, or hosting providers) solely as data processors / service providers to operate the Service. Those vendors process data only to perform services for us (e.g., transmit a text you consented to receive). They are not authorized to use your mobile number or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not provide mobile numbers or consent data to them or to any affiliate for marketing or promotional use.
When you opt in to texts, we and/or the business you interact with that uses DailyTrackly may process:
We use this information to operate the messaging program: to send the texts you agreed to receive (for example quote follow-ups, appointment or service reminders, and related customer communications from the business that obtained your consent), to honor STOP/HELP, to prevent abuse, and to comply with law and carrier requirements.
By providing your mobile number and opting in to texts, you agree to receive recurring text messages from DailyTrackly and/or the business using DailyTrackly that obtained your consent.
Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your interaction with the business (for example a few messages per week during active quote or service outreach; fewer when there is no active conversation).
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to texts you send or receive. DailyTrackly does not charge end users a separate fee to receive these messages.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe / cancel. Reply HELP for help. Supported opt-out keywords also include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT where carrier standards apply. You may re-opt in by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP. You may also email hello@dailytrackly.com.
Website opt-in uses a separate messaging consent checkbox that is unchecked by default (the consumer must actively select it). Messaging consent is separate from acceptance of general Terms of Service / Privacy Policy. Full form language names brand DailyTrackly, message types, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP, and no third-party mobile sharing for marketing.

When you sign up or create a workspace, we collect: email address, name, password (stored as a secure hash), organization name, and chosen workspace slug. Admins may provide branding details (e.g., accent color, logo).
Within workspaces we store: employee accounts (emails, names, roles), assigned goals/trackables, daily logs, assignments, Accountability Scores, nudges, and onboarding progress.
When a business uses Lead Hub, they may store contact information about their customers and prospects, including name, phone number, email, address, product interest, notes, pipeline stage, referral relationships, and SMS/email/call consent flags. This data is collected by or on behalf of the workspace (the business you interact with) and is used for sales and service communications related to that business, including SMS as described in the SMS / Text Messaging Privacy section above.
When a workspace records calls made or received through DailyTrackly, we store those recordings for that workspace. To score and coach a call, we convert its recording to a text transcript. We keep the scores and coaching written from the transcript, not the transcript itself. We also store what our AI features write for the workspace, such as call scores and coaching, suggested texts, and daily tips.
When a workspace sends a document to be signed electronically, we store the document for that workspace. When someone opens the signing link, we record when they opened it, their IP address, and their browser and device. When they sign, we store the name they type, their agreement to sign electronically, the signature and initials they draw or type, anything they fill in, when they signed, their IP address, and their browser and device. If an agent of the workspace signs too, we store the same about the agent. The signed copy gets a certificate page showing who signed, when, from what IP address and device, and a fingerprint of the original document. The business that sent it and the person who signed can both download the signed copy. Documents and signatures are not sent to our AI providers.
When someone agrees to get texts about documents to sign, DailyTrackly may text them from its own toll-free number (see E-signature texts in our Terms). We keep a record of their agreement (the phone number, when, and the agent who recorded it), the texts we send and receive on that number, and any STOP request, which we honor right away.
When an agent emails the signing link, DailyTrackly sends it from its own email address with the business's name on it, to the address the agent enters, and replies go to that agent. We keep a record of the address, when the email was sent, and the agent who sent it. When the link went by email and the agent signs after the client, we email the client their signed copy the same way.
If the client hasn't signed yet, we remind them the same way the link went out, on the schedule the workspace sets, until they sign, the document is canceled, an agent stops the reminders, or the last one goes out. We keep a record of each reminder.
We use Stripe for payments. We store Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan type, billing interval, and related billing metadata. We do not store full credit card numbers (Stripe processes those).
We collect IP addresses, browser/device info, session data, and interaction logs. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section below.
We store records of emails we send (verification, invites, digests, billing, signing links) and may log support interactions. When SMS is enabled, we may store message content, delivery status, consent status, and opt-out requests as needed to operate messaging and comply with carrier rules (see SMS section).
End users may consent to receive messages in one or more of these ways:
https://dailytrackly.com/sms-opt-in/o/<token>)
with that agency’s legal business name in the consent text
(for example Oakmonte Insurance). The form shows a clearly labeled
mobile phone number field and a
separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default
(optional — the form can be submitted without checking SMS).
Full disclosures include brand name, use cases (insurance quote follow-ups, appointment reminders,
service updates, related customer care), “Message frequency may vary,” “Standard Message and Data Rates may apply,”
Reply STOP to opt out, Reply HELP for help, no third-party mobile sharing for marketing,
plus links to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Admins copy their form URL and consent language from
Lead Hub Settings → SMS brand registration → Step 3
after business information (Step 1) and the registration fee (Step 2).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use limited categories of service providers / processors solely to operate the Service (not for those providers’ own marketing of end-user mobile numbers):
AI providers. Anthropic and xAI act as our processors under their data processing terms. Each request carries only what that feature needs, such as one call's transcript or one lead's details and recent texts. They use it only to provide their service to us and do not use it to train their models. They may keep it for a limited period for security and abuse monitoring, then delete it. The non-sharing rule above applies to them too: they may not use mobile numbers or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not use your data, or your customers' data, to train AI models either.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice where required). Any such transfer remains subject to this policy’s prohibition on providing mobile numbers or messaging consent for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.
Workspace owners/admins control who is invited to their workspace and can view activity within it (including their customers’ lead and message activity for that business). Platform admins have elevated cross-workspace visibility for support only — not for selling or marketing contact lists to third parties.
We keep data as long as your account/workspace is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as required for compliance. Call recordings are kept with the workspace's other data. The transcript made to score and coach a call is not kept. Signed documents and their signature records are kept with the workspace's other data, so the business can show who signed and when.
You (or a workspace admin) may request deletion of a workspace or individual accounts by contacting us. We will honor reasonable requests subject to legal and operational constraints (e.g., billing records retained for tax/audit periods).
Email hello@dailytrackly.com to exercise rights. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify identity.
DailyTrackly uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) so the Service works securely and so we can improve the product over time.
These are required for core functionality and cannot be turned off in our cookie notice. They include:
If you block essential cookies in your browser, features like sign-in and secure form submissions may not work.
With your consent, we may use optional analytics or performance tools to understand how visitors use DailyTrackly (for example page views and campaign performance via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads). These help us improve the product and measure marketing. They are not required to use the Service.
You can accept analytics cookies, decline them, or change your mind later via Manage preferences in the cookie notice, or by clearing site data for dailytrackly.com in your browser.
When you create an account after clicking one of our Google ads, we tell Google Ads that the click led to a sign-up. We send the click ID Google added to the ad's link and the time you signed up. We don't send your name, email, or phone number. If you turned analytics off in our cookie notice before signing up, we don't send it.
So a sign-up on a later visit still counts, we remember the ad you arrived from in a cookie named
dt_ad: the campaign, keyword, and click ID from the ad's link, the page you landed on, and the
time. It lasts 90 days, or until you create an account. If you turn analytics off in our cookie notice, we
remove it and don't set it again.
On our public pages (the home page, pricing, and our comparison and feature pages) we record how far a visit scrolls, which parts of the page come into view, and which buttons are pressed, along with the ad that brought the visit, if any, so we can make the pages clearer. This stays with DailyTrackly, doesn't set any cookies, and isn't stored with your name, email, or phone number. If you turned analytics off in our cookie notice, we don't record it. We keep it for 90 days.
For more detail about how we handle personal data overall, see the rest of this Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@dailytrackly.com.
We use industry-standard practices including password hashing, session-based auth, HTTPS in production, rate limiting, CSRF protection, and secret management. Privileged platform actions are audited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
DailyTrackly is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our processors operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or notice in the Service. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version.
Customer owns TCPA and consent. Workspace owners and their agents are responsible for obtaining and documenting valid consent before messaging or calling contacts, for message content, and for complying with the TCPA and other applicable law. Reply STOP / HELP handling is described in the SMS section above.
You own DNC compliance. DailyTrackly does not subscribe to or run the National Do Not Call Registry or any state DNC list, and does not scrub numbers for you. The workspace, account holder, and users are solely responsible for scrubbing lists and for any calls or texts to DNC numbers. DailyTrackly is not responsible or liable for that outreach. See Terms of Service § 2C.
You own call-recording consent. If your workspace records calls, you are responsible for giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires, including in states where everyone on the call must agree, and, where the law requires it, for telling callers that recordings may be transcribed and analyzed by AI service providers as described in Section 4.
You own e-signature use. If your workspace sends documents for e-signature, you are responsible for making sure an electronic signature is acceptable for each document (some documents and notices can't be signed or sent electronically, and a carrier may have its own rules), and for honoring a signer's request for a paper copy or to sign on paper instead.
Built-in calling is not a substitute for traditional phone service and does not support emergency calls (including 911). Use a landline or mobile phone for emergencies.
Paid subscriptions may be canceled anytime via Billing in the app (Stripe). Access continues through the end of the paid period as described in our Terms.
