Does she tell callers she's an AI?
Yes. Every call opens with her name and that she's your agency's AI assistant. On the calls she places, she also says how to stop, and saying stop puts the number on your Blocked numbers.
Who does she send leads to?
The lead's own agent first, when they're free and licensed in the lead's state, then the ring group you pick. She holds the agent she found so no other call takes them.
