Features Lead pipeline (CRM)

Insurance CRM and lead pipeline

Every lead on one board.

New leads, quotes, and requotes in columns your agents work all day. Each card holds what they pay now, the savings you found, your notes, and the next call due.

  • In every seat
  • Every source tracked
  • Month to month
The Lead Hub board: New Leads, Working, Quoted Hot, Texted, Quoted, and Requote, with the next lead to call in each

How it works

Leads move. Nothing slips.

  1. Leads land in New Leads

Vendor leads, imports, and referrals drop into a shared pool that agents claim.

  2. Agents quote

What they pay for auto and home, and the savings you found, go on the card.

  3. Follow-ups come due

Set a requote date and the lead comes back to the desk that day.

  4. Mark it sold

Log the sale and the leaderboard moves. The customer joins your book.

  • Notes, the next call due, and every call and text on the lead
  • A shared pool of new leads that agents claim
  • Overdue follow-ups come before new leads
  • Requotes on the date you set
  • Every lead source tracked
  • Clients-Shopping flags your own clients when a vendor sends them
A quoted lead card: paying $186 for auto and $1420 for home, $44 in savings, notes on her Progressive policy and renewal date, and the next call due

The CRM is included.

A CRM on its own typically lists around $45 per agent a month. Here it comes in the same $19 seat as the phone system, Power Dial, texting, and AI call coaching.

Common questions

Can we import the leads we already have?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet and it matches the columns. Leads go into New Leads, customers, or renewals.

Does it replace our agency management system?

For life and health agencies, it can: policies, renewals, and commissions live here, and commission statements are read and filed on their own. P&C agencies keep their AMS and sell and follow up here.

Can agents hoard leads?

No. Overdue follow-ups come first: agents work those before they can take more new leads.
