Yes. A reply stops the workflow, and the lead waits for an agent in the Texted column.

Does AI send texts on its own?

No. AI drafts the text from the call, and an agent reads it and sends it.

We're captive agents. Can we turn off automatic texts?

Yes. Turn on Captive Agent Requirement and follow-up texts become Text Cards that each agent reviews and sends by hand.
