Why agencies look for an AgencyZoom alternative
AgencyZoom is a sales CRM from Vertafore, with automations and a sync to your agency management system. Its plans for independent agencies are $149, $199, or $349 a month, each for up to 7 users, billed monthly or yearly at 20% off (as of October 4, 2026).
Agencies usually start looking for one of these reasons:
- Texting, renewal automation, and Google review requests start on the $199 plan, and click-to-call only comes with the $349 plan.
- Calls go through a separate phone provider, so there's a phone bill on top.
- Its plans don't list a power dialer, so agencies that work internet leads by phone add one.
- Every plan is priced for up to 7 users, so a 2-agent office pays the same as a 7-agent one.
- Past 7 people, you contact their sales team for a price.
None of that makes AgencyZoom a bad fit. If your agency lives in AMS360, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst, or Momentum and you want the CRM synced to it, with email from the CRM, that sync is the reason to stay.
What to compare before you switch
- Price at your size. Per user, per plan, or per account changes the answer at 2 agents and at 20.
- The dialer. Included, a paid add-on, or not there at all.
- The phones. A phone system in the same login, or a separate provider you pay too. Check that you can keep your number.
- Texting. How many texts come with a seat, and what registration costs.
- Coaching. Whether calls are recorded and scored.
- Renewals. Whether your book sits next to new leads, or in another tool.
- Your AMS. Whether you need a sync, or can import your book from a spreadsheet.
- The contract. Month to month, yearly, or a term in a service order.

Prices are from each company's website as of October 4, 2026, billed monthly. "Not listed" means the company's own site doesn't list it. Each comparison page below has the details.
InsuredMine
InsuredMine is an insurance CRM at $118 per user a month billed monthly, or $106 billed yearly, plus setup fees. It connects to your AMS and adds email drips, a client mobile app, and an after-hours AI voice agent. It doesn't list a power dialer: calls run through in-app calling, or through RingCentral or Lightspeed Voice.
Pick it if you want AMS sync, email campaigns, and a client app, and per-user pricing works for your team size. DailyTrackly vs InsuredMine
Ringy
Ringy is a sales CRM for many industries at $119 a month for the account, with a softphone and texting. Its Power Dialer is a $70 a month add-on and AI Tools another $10, and its terms allow one Power Dialer session at a time per account. Texts and minutes are shared by the account.
Pick it if you sell outside insurance too, or you have more than 10 people and one account price matters more than a dialer per agent. DailyTrackly vs Ringy
DYL
DYL charges per user for its CRM and adds phone and texting per user: $64 per user a month on Starter with both, up to $179 on Enterprise, plus one-time onboarding and phone setup from $100 to $2,000. Texting is metered. It syncs with AMS360 and QQCatalyst.
Pick it if you want AMS360 or QQCatalyst sync with a phone add-on. DailyTrackly vs DYL
Lightspeed Voice
Lightspeed Voice is an insurance phone system, priced by custom quote, that logs calls to your AMS or CRM. It has list calling and AI call summaries, but it's the phones, not the CRM, so you keep paying for a CRM next to it. Its contract term is set in your service order.
Pick it if you only need the phones, want desk phones and managed IT, and want calls logged into your AMS. DailyTrackly vs Lightspeed Voice
DailyTrackly
DailyTrackly is the sales desk for insurance agencies: Power Dial, a phone system, texting and quote follow-up, AI call coaching, the lead pipeline, and renewals in one login, for $19 per agent a month. Pro includes 1,000 texts and 1,000 minutes per agent, the admin login is free, and it's month to month.
Where it doesn't fit: it doesn't connect to your AMS (it runs next to it, and you import your book from a spreadsheet), and it doesn't send email campaigns. If AMS sync or email drips are must-haves, look at AgencyZoom or InsuredMine first.
7 agents on DailyTrackly Pro are $133 a month, with Power Dial, the phone system, and texting included. AgencyZoom's plans for up to 7 users are $149 to $349 a month, before a phone provider. See every plan
How to switch without losing a lead
- Put your leads, customers, and renewals in a spreadsheet.
- Import it into DailyTrackly. It matches the columns, and you choose New Leads, Current Customer, or Renewals.
- Point your lead vendors at your new post URL: EverQuote, QuoteWizard, SmartFinancial, MediaAlpha, Hometown Quotes, or any vendor that posts to a webhook.
- Port your agency number in, so it rings the next free agent.
- Register for business texting inside the app, then turn on follow-up texts.
- Run both side by side for a few days, then move the team over.
