Partner program terms
Effective October 9, 2026. These terms add to DailyTrackly's Terms of Service.
1. Joining
Anyone with a DailyTrackly account can join from Refer & earn by agreeing to these terms. You get a personal link. You're an independent partner, not an employee, agent, or representative of DailyTrackly, and you can't make promises for us.
2. Who counts as your referral
- A new workspace signed up in the same browser within 90 days after someone clicks your link. If they click another partner's link later, the later link counts.
- Not your own workspace, a workspace you or your business own or manage, or one you sign up for under another name or email.
- Existing customers, and workspaces that signed up before clicking your link, don't count.
3. What you earn
- 10% of what a referred workspace pays for Pro.
- 15% of what a referred workspace pays for Pro Plus.
- 20% of what a referred workspace pays for Pro Max.
- The rate follows the plan on each payment, so it changes if the workspace changes plans.
- Only the plan itself counts. Phone numbers, texting registration fees, extra usage, add-ons, and taxes don't, and nothing is earned on amounts paid by credits or discounts.
- You keep earning on a workspace for as long as it keeps paying, while the program runs and you follow these terms.
4. When you're paid
- Each commission clears 30 days after the payment it's from.
- Cleared commissions are paid monthly through Stripe once they add up to $25.00 or more; smaller amounts carry over.
- To be paid you need to finish Stripe's payout setup, which collects your bank and tax details. Stripe sends a 1099 when one is required, and you're responsible for your own taxes.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is taken back: before it's paid, from that commission; after, from your next payouts.
5. How you promote
- Say clearly that you earn a commission when you share your link, as the FTC requires.
- Don't text, call, or email people who didn't agree to hear from you, and follow the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
- Don't bid on "DailyTrackly" or similar terms in search ads, use our name in a domain or social account, or pretend to be us.
- Don't make claims about DailyTrackly that aren't on our website, or offer discounts we haven't approved.
6. Ending or changing
You can stop at any time. We can pause or close a partner account that breaks these terms, and then cancel commissions earned from that conduct. We can change or end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already cleared are still paid.
